Biography
FOOT-in-the-DOOR is a vibrant youth program that runs for the duration of the Queenscliff Music Festival. The purpose is to encourage young local artists, of any style of music, to get a FOOT-in-the-DOOR into the music industry. Events held by FOOT-in-the-DOOR in 2013 include ‘Kids Busking for the Kids’ (buskers/bands) on Good Friday 29th March, The Murlocs + BSC VET Music Performances  on May 12th, Youth Fest (bands/workshops) on September 12th, ‘Warm Up’ Gig on October 12th, and the FOOT-in-the-DOOR stage at the Queenscliff Music Festival from November 22nd-24th. There are currently 35 committee members who generally meet twice a month at the Potato Shed or QMF Office.
